Driver health insurance plans are not only for you, the employee, but for your family too! We offer a both a high and low deductible plan. You choose which is best suited for you as a single, couple, or family. Plans are effective 14 days after your hire date. There is also a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) option to reimburse healthcare expenses. A more detailed explanation of these benefits will be given during your job interview. An amount or percentage (your choice) can be automatically deducted (tax advantaged) from your paycheck on the first of the month following your first day of work. We pay all drivers for six national holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
In any rolling 365 day period, we offer $1000 for the first referral, $1500 for the second, and $2000 for the third referral and every one after that. Specific details available at our office. This offer is available to all ZTL employees, not just drivers.
Effective after 12 months of employment:
- $10,000 Coverage for Natural Death
- $20,000 Coverage for Accidental Death
Paid based on safety, fuel mileage, and fuel compliance. Team drivers (Van Division) also get monthly and miles/revenue bonus.

- 1 week after 1 year of employment
- 2 weeks after 3 years of employment
- 3 weeks after 10 years of employment
