Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 5/24/2021

1. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order or product, please contact us at Parts@ztlinc.com, and we will do our best to help you.

2. When submitting a query about your order or product, a copy of the Zimmerman Truck Repair receipt and/or a copy of the original Zimmerman Truck Repair invoice may be requested and will expedite your support request.

3. Zimmerman Truck Repair reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing. Please see our Shipping Policy regarding packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

4. If Zimmerman Truck Repair makes an exception to the all sales final clause, please follow the steps below:

A. You must request a Return Authorization (RA).

B. To request an RA number, please email Parts@ztlinc.com and provide the following information:

      • Name
      • Address
      • Phone
      • Reason for Refund
      • Order Number
      • Date of Purchase

C. If approved, you will receive a RA number. You will then be responsible for packaging the item for return to Zimmerman Truck Repairs. An address will be provided to you at this time.

D. Please include the RA number inside the package. You can write the RA number on a copy of your invoice or receipt.

E. A copy of your Zimmerman Truck Repair purchase receipt must also be placed inside the return package.

F. If a product is returned without an RA number and/or the above-requested documentation, your return will not be processed.

G. You may also be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product to Zimmerman Truck Repair. Returned product(s) should be shipped with a tracking number and/or insurance. Zimmerman Truck Repair is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during the return shipment.

H. Zimmerman Truck Repair will review the product and determine whether a refund is warranted. If you are granted a refund, your funds will be credited back to the card charged within 10 business days.

5. Items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges may also be nonrefundable.

6. Return Due To Change Of Mind

Zimmerman Truck parts will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and required to arrange their shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once processing is complete.

We refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

7. Warranty Returns

Zimmerman Truck parts will happily honor any valid warranty claims. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping. Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within seven days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive a replacement or repaired item sent to you (if stock is available).
