Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day M-F. Packages can be shipped out Monday through Friday. Depending on the shipping option chosen, packages can be delivered every day of the week.
If Zimmerman Truck Repair is experiencing a high volume of orders, an email notification with specific details about how it will impact standard turn-around time will be sent out to all subscribers and account holders. Additionally, a message will be added to the website.

Zimmerman Truck Repair ships to physical and P.O. Box addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the order is processed ,you will receive another correspondence with your tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Zimmerman Truck Repair is based in Pennsylvania. And therefore, required to charge 6% tax on any sale and shipping fee.
Zimmerman Truck Repair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the shipping box is damaged, please take a picture(s) of the box BEFORE opening it.
International Shipping Policy
Zimmerman Truck Repair currently does not ship outside of the United States. Zimmerman Truck Repair will send an email notification to all subscribers and account holders if and when updates to which countries eligible to ship to. Additionally, a message will be added to the website.
